D3 Mr. Sakane recieved a Young Scientist Award from Japan Society of Applied Physics in APAC Silicide 2019.

D3坂根君がAPAC Silicide2019にてYoung Scientist Awards(Poster Session)を受賞しました! 講演題目は「Simultaneous realization of thermoelectric power factor enhancement and thermal conductivity reduction in epitaxial Si films containing β-FeSi2 nanodots」です。   国際学会での受賞、おめでとうございます。 日頃の努力が受賞という形で評価されてよかったですね。 この賞を励みに、今後の更なる飛躍を期待しています。
